Golden Aesthetics was founded by Christine (Chrissy) Poharatnyj, FNP-BC, a board-certified nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience in surgery and critical care. Her background in high-acuity medicine shapes every aspect of her work, from consultation through treatment planning and aftercare.
Chrissy’s approach to aesthetics was informed not only by her clinical training, but also by her own experience as a patient. After undergoing a cosmetic treatment that left her feeling disempowered rather than confident, she recognized the need for a different kind of care. One that prioritizes education, autonomy, and trust.
Golden Aesthetics was created to offer that alternative. Here, clients are encouraged to ask questions, understand their options, and feel confident in every decision they make. Treatments are never rushed or sales-driven. Honesty, restraint, and long-term skin health guide every recommendation.
Our Approach
At Golden Aesthetics, every treatment begins with listening. Care is collaborative and centered on understanding each client’s goals, anatomy,
and skin health before making recommendations.
Located in East Aurora, NY, Golden Aesthetics is intentionally boutique. Care is delivered in a calm, supportive environment, with appointments designed to be unhurried and one-on-one so each client feels fully supported throughout their experience.
Medical precision and patient safety are always the priority. Treatments are planned conservatively, with a focus on balance, longevity, and natural-looking results that evolve well over time. Saying no when appropriate is considered an essential part of ethical care.
Education is built into every appointment. Clients are guided through their options so they can make informed choices without pressure. The goal is not to change how someone looks, but to support how they feel in their skin.

Angela Delecki, RN
Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Angie is a registered nurse and aesthetic injector with over a decade of experience in healthcare, including extensive time in acute and critical care. Her clinical background shaped a strong foundation in patient safety, attention to detail, and thoughtful, patient-centered care.
Angie joined the Golden Aesthetics team with a passion for helping clients feel confident in their own skin. She believes aesthetic treatments should enhance natural beauty while supporting overall wellness and self-confidence.
At Golden Aesthetics, Angie specializes in Tox, Liquid Gold Microchanneling, and personalized skincare guidance. Her approach focuses on education, collaboration, and creating natural-looking results so clients feel informed, comfortable, and confident in every decision they make.
